Your Touring Pass entitles you to one pairing at each of our member wineries and is valid for any of our event weekends in February. Wine and chocolate pairings will be offered:

February 6/7, 13/14, 20/21, 27/28 from 11 am to 5 pm.

Cost: $30. Per person plus

Mario Pingue’s fame has been spreading far and wide, even outside Niagara Falls, Ontario, with major restaurants in Toronto offering his prosciuttos and salami and other Italian style meats. At La Toscana di Carlotta at Burns House we also offer Mario’s meats as a main dish during breakfast. And there is only one word to describe it: awesome!
